Business Garden R\u012bga<\/em>, the Vastint-developed office campus in M\u0101rupe, welcomed two new tenants \u2013 AbbVie<\/em>, a biopharmaceutical company, and Httpool<\/em>, a digital marketing services provider. Although working from home has become \u201cthe new normal\u201d across the world in recent years, both new arrivals have opted to rent bigger work spaces than they had at their previous office premises.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

When asked why they chose Business Garden R\u012bga<\/em> as their new home, both tenants point out its strategic location, sustainable design and many other amenities that will doubtlessly contribute to the employees\u2019 wellbeing and productivity. Among these benefits, both companies note the modern working environment, the vast, elaborately planned garden with its many zones for recreation and sports, the multi-functional indoor Lounge <\/em>and the spacious carpark.<\/p>\n

Gunta Nusbauma, the financial director of the Baltic – Ukrainian AbbVie <\/em>branch, <\/strong>is certain that moving their office to Business Garden R\u012bga <\/em>marks a new chapter in the company\u2019s history, \u201cThis new workspace allows us all to be finally working together. Meanwhile, Arnis Ozols, a member of the board of Httpool, <\/em><\/strong>emphasises the importance of the new working environment in fostering creativity and teamwork<\/em>, \u201cOur whole business is built on generating ideas, and this can only be achieved by getting together and talking. Both new tenants have opted for multi-purpose office premises, consisting of an open work area, kitchen, breakroom, executive offices, meeting rooms, phone booth rooms and storage spaces. The Httpool <\/em>break room features an active leisure corner. Both companies have chosen light-coloured interiors with contrasting accents for their offices. The defining feature of the AbbVie <\/em>office design is the use of natural wood elements in the finishes.
