We strictly use the local authorities’ regulations as a basis for our decisions; We do however reserve to right to exceed these regulations’ minimum standards where we feel it makes sense and makes you/your staff feel more comfortable at work. For instance:

• IDisinfection stations next to our in-house bike sharing system hub ‘Ale Jazda!’
• Proof of regular disinfection of Aforementioned bicycles by the bike sharing system operator
• Proof of minimum hygiene & disinfection standards in place by the food trucks that regularly visit us

We also fostered and hold regular, inter-departmental meetings between our dedicated health & safety officer, property & technical departments, and marketing & communications, during which both current and future measures are being discussed and immediately decided upon. That allows us to react on any sudden changes more swiftly!
