Transcom Transcom moves into Business Garden Poznan

Vastint Poland has signed a lease agreement with Transcom Worldwide Poland, a global company offering modern business services. The new tenant plans to open in Poznan its fifth Contact Centre branch in Poland. It will occupy an area of 810 m2 in the part of the Business Garden Poznan managed by Vastint.

“Signing a lease agreement with another international company from the modern business services sector undeniably proves that the complex offers ideal conditions to support business processes and the development of operational centres,” said Magdalena Makuch, Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland.

“The opening of yet another, the fifth, branch of our company in Poland is related to the dynamic development of the company, the growing portfolio of serviced clients, and the growing needs of international corporations for high-quality business services. Poznan was chosen after a detailed analysis of the location, the potential of the local educational and labour markets, and the support of local authorities. Also, the opinions of Transcom employees spoke in favour of the choice of Business Garden, who appreciated the location and amenities offered by the complex, the company’s policy, and the expectations of our clients in the context of sustainable development, as well as the high quality of service from Vastint Poland,” said Przemysław Chyrk, Project Manager, Transcom Worldwide Poland.

“From the beginning of the process, we were looking for an office for our client that would not only provide comfortable working and travel conditions for employees, but also a space that would meet the additional needs of the Transcom Worldwide team. The very extensive recreational and leisure facilities are a great advantage of the Business Garden complex, which I hope will be appreciated by members of the Transcom team,” said Michał Kuropieska, Senior Consultant, CBRE.

Business Garden, located in Poznan’s Grunwald district, just a few minutes’ drive from the city centre and Poznań-Ławica airport, combines modern office functions with access to accompanying services, recreation, and relaxation. Nine buildings with a total leasable area of 88,000 m2 are part of the complex, covering an area of 6 ha. The distinguishing feature is the considerable proportion of green areas. In parts of the extensive garden, sports zones have been provided, equipped with basketball and volleyball courts, among others. Users also have access to amenities such as a kindergarten, a medical facility, a canteen, a fitness club, as well as parking spaces and changing rooms for cyclists, and charging stations for electric cars.

The project also implemented many solutions reducing energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and the amount of waste generated, which was confirmed by the fact that all buildings have been awarded the LEED Platinum certificate. The key strategies guarantee users excellent working environmental conditions, in particular access to natural light and thermal comfort.

The first stage of the property, comprising four buildings on ul. Kolorowa, was sold to an investment fund. Vastint is the owner and manager of the other five buildings completed in the second stage of the investment.
