We offer flexible lease terms starting from just one year and a simplified contract process with minimal formalities. Fixed monthly payments ensure transparency and financial predictability.

The monthly fee includes office rent with full furnishings, building management (including plant maintenance), and shared utility costs — heating, electricity for ventilation and cooling, and water consumption in common areas.

In addition, tenants cover their own electricity consumption (sockets and lighting, metered), water usage in the kitchen (metered), internet service, office cleaning, office supplies and coffee services, as well as parking, if required.
