The next stage of Business Garden Vilnius

The second phase of Business Garden Vilnius continues the long-term vision of the project, further expanding the business park with two new office buildings. This stage strengthens the focus on community, wellbeing and quality work environments, which are at the core of the Business Garden concept.

The new buildings will integrate seamlessly into the existing architectural framework, completing the overall layout of the business park. Alongside the new office space, the landscaped garden will be completed, bringing the total number of plants across the area to around 70,000 and enhancing the connection between workspaces and green outdoor areas.

Expanded underground parking infrastructure will further improve everyday convenience for tenants and visitors, supporting the growing community of Business Garden Vilnius.
