BGV occupancy reached over 99 percent

We are delighted to inform that thanks to the expanding tenants, Business Garden has reached an impressive occupancy rate of more than 99 percent.

Located on a 6.2-hectare site near the “Litexpo” exhibition and congress center, Business Garden Vilnius boasts a strategically convenient location only 10 minutes by car  from the airport or city center.

The business center focuses on fostering community and promoting wellness, with amenities such as a garden, outdoor recreation areas, an amphitheater, sports courts, outdoor fitness area, and table tennis tables. Additionally, the center features a community Forum, business club (The Lounge), conference center, as well as cafes and restaurants.

“Vastint Lithuania” will soon begin the second construction phase for the “Business Garden Vilnius” on the same 6.2-hectare site.
