The second phase of Business Garden Warsaw ready to welcome new tenants

Vastint Poland completed the second stage of the Business Garden office complex at Żwirki i Wigury in Warsaw. Within the project, five office buildings with 56,000 m2 of leasable area have been commissioned, along with a nicely designed garden and road infrastructure elements, facilitating access to the complex.

Roger Andersson, Managing Director, Vastint Poland commented: “This is a very successful project and will definitely be well appreciated by future users. We have attached great importance to providing the most comfortable conditions for companies that choose to expand or open their business in the Business Garden. Modern office interiors surrounded by greenery, convenient access to public transport and the unique selection of facilities for tenants are the assets attracting potential tenants. The first ones will move into the newly built buildings soon.”

Business Garden is located at one of the main arteries of the city near the center of Warsaw. Available in the immediate vicinity of the project the public transport system, including the rail network and bus lines, provides relatively quick access to locations from any part of the city in peak hours.

The multifunctional complex consists of seven cozy office buildings with a total area of 90,000 m2. The distinctive feature of this design concept is the state-of-art architecture and the open garden, where green areas provide relaxation zones and work areas with Wi-Fi access. The garden along the biologically active surface of green roofs constitute 60% of the area of the complex.

The key architectural and energy saving technical solutions used in Business Garden buildings are compliant with the LEED certification requirements and provide a comfortable and pleasant working environment. The project is seeking to obtain the highest level of LEED certification.

Within Business Garden there is a hotel with more than 200 rooms, a conference center with eight rooms and a restaurant. Soon, in the new part of the complex, there will be a canteen, grocery store, fitness club and a number of service points. The project is embraced by Vastint’s Hospitality program, which offers a rich variety of free events for employees, as well as the selection and quality of services provided in line with the tenants’ expectations.

The investor and developer of the complex is Vastint Poland, the project was designed by JSK Architekci, and the contractor was the company Hochtief Polska. The project in Warsaw is one of three projects executed under the Business Garden brand in Poland. In January, this year the second stage of the Business Garden Poznań was started, while the first stage of the Business Garden in Wrocław was opened at the end of May.
