Second building of Business Garden Vilnius has reached the highest point
On June 12, the topping-out ceremony was held for the second office building at Business Garden Vilnius. Vastint Lithuania, together with the teams of general contractor MITNIJA and structure contractor INHUS, has celebrated the reach of the highest point by thanking all participants for their contribution in development of the project.
The first stage of office park will consist of two buildings with 42,000 m2 leasable area and an underground parking garage with 13,000 m2. The buildings will offer modern office premises and wide choice of amenities like conference center, Community Forum, workstations for the tenants of the office park, restaurants, coffee and book shops.
Both buildings will be surrounded by abundant, green gardens and excellently equipped sports facilities like basketball court, soccer field, and fitness area. The territory will have an outside amphitheater and a barbecue area for community and neighbors.
In total, the Business Garden Vilnius, built on a 6.2 ha large site on Laisvės Avenue, will consist of four office buildings providing 60,000 m2 of office and retail space. The project strives to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification requirements.
