Opening of Business Garden Wroclaw in the light of fireworks

Business Garden Wroclaw was officially opened. The event, hosted by Vastint Poland, was attended by the city representatives, architects, contractors, consultants and tenants. The celebration was graced by an artistic performance of the dance and acrobatic group Everest and a firework show.

During the speeches in the official part, honorary guests conveyed their appreciation for the project and emphasized the importance of investment for the development of the city.

Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland, said during his speech: “I came here 18 years ago and fell immediately in love with Wroclaw. We were very close to finalizing our first transaction – a project close to the old town – but it did not work out. It took us another ten years before we could acquire this plot in 2009. Today, we are at the opening of our first project in Wroclaw in this location – Business Garden. Our ambition was to create a sustainable, innovative office space with modern design, which can be transferred into a comfortable, inspiring working environment and meeting space. I’m just thrilled with the effects. And so, I hope, you are as well”.

Business Garden is located on Legnicka Street, in the vicinity of the Magnolia shopping and entertainment center and the Mikolajow railway station, near the city centre. Ultimately, the complex will consist of nine office and service buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 m2. In addition to the restaurant’s pavilion located in the garden, the complex will provide a number of additional amenities for tenants, among others a medical facility and kindergarten. At present, the first three office buildings of 37,000 m2 leasable area are opened. The key architectural and technical solutions used in Business Garden buildings provide a comfortable and pleasant working environment, which has been confirmed by the LEED Platinum certification. The complex is home to companies such as Becton Dickinson, Capgemini, Dolby Laboratories and Ceneo.
