Vastint Lithuania has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Ignitis Group

On November 12, Vastint Lithuania has signed a long-term agreement with Ignitis Group for more than 10,000 m2 office lease in the Business Garden Vilnius office complex.

Ignitis Group is a state-owned energy company and one of the largest energy groups in the Baltic region. The group’s core activities include power and heat production and supply, power and natural gas trading and distribution, and power system maintenance and development. Group companies operate in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Finland.

The signed agreement is remarkable due to the facts that this is historically the largest deal signed by a state company and one of the largest deals in Vilnius in year 2020.

The complex will offer their tenants a variety of amenities and a well-developed infrastructure like a garden with more than 32 thousand plants and zones for an active lifestyle and rejuvenation, outdoor amphitheatre, community forum for gatherings, The Lounge – multifunctional premises for meeting, socialising and working, cafés and restaurants”.

Business Garden Vilnius is located near one of the busiest intersections of Western Vilnius, next to the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center LITEXPO, and offers easy access by car or public transport from various districts of Vilnius. A wide parking lot with charging stations for 20 vehicles, mobility point with car-sharing, bicycle-sharing and scooter-sharing options, and bicycle storage facilities with showers and locker rooms will ensure comfort and flexibility for the employees.

The construction of the first stage of Business Garden Vilnius is ongoing. It consists of two office buildings with 42,000 m2 of leasable area. The complex will have extensive recreation areas connected with the nearby Lazdynai forest, outdoor playgrounds, pedestrian and cycling paths. In total the complex will offer more than 120,000 m2 of new and modern office space, a wide offer of amenities and a well-designed green environment for recreation and sport activities.
